How long will the cores last?
There are 4 Core flavors in the Quit Naturally Pack. In each Core pack, there are 4 individual Cores. 1 individual Core lasts 1 full day of repeated use before the beneficial properties of the natural plants are absorbed. That means the Quit Naturally Pack comes with enough Cores to get you through 16 - 30 days depending on the amount you use Füm. Please Note: flavour doesn't equal benefits. You may still taste a core's flavour after it's past the expiration point.
